I confirmed my reservation with the company by email and with the hotel on WhatsApp. When I arrived at night, the receptionist said there were no rooms available and asked me to wait while he “looked for another hotel for me.” They’d given my room to someone else. After I showed him the screenshot and kept insisting, he found me a room. Absurd.

From reception to the restaurant, the service was excellent. The room was very comfortable and smelled lovely. We already know where we’ll stay next time we come back to Arapiraca.

The coffee was good, the service was good, and the rooms were clean. The price was tight.

I booked two rooms from the 19th to the 21st and had already paid half the cost for the three nights. We couldn’t make it on the 19th, so I planned to arrive the next day. They told me I could only check in from 2 p.m., even though both rooms had been reserved starting on the 19th. It felt like they’d sold me something they didn’t actually have. I thought this hotel would be one thing, but it turned out to be another. I’m going to take the necessary steps to try to get back at least the half I paid. If you don’t stand up for what’s right, you end up losing money, and that’s no way to do business, taking advantage of people. Be careful when booking a room at this kind of hotel.
