We walked easily to both the train station and the center of Tiradentes, so the location is convenient. The inn is quite simple, but the price and what you get make it worthwhile. One suggestion: add a small table in the rooms for our things, and a bedside table for phones and other items.

It's good value for the money, with an excellent location, very attentive staff, and a breakfast that was more complete than I expected. The bed was comfortable and there's air conditioning, but the room is small, with just one little wardrobe and nowhere to put luggage. That could be improved. The bathroom is basic too, with an electric shower that was decent, and no storage cabinet, just the sink counter. Worth it if you don't plan to spend much time inside the accommodation.

The location is a real plus. It's very close to central Tiradentes, so getting around on foot is easy. Breakfast was tasty, generous, fresh, and had plenty of variety. A few things made the stay less convenient. To go out at night, you have to get a key from reception to open and close the garage gate and the reception door. The shower in the room also seemed old and didn't work very well. Breakfast has to be booked for a specific time, so you can't just come down whenever you like. There also seemed to be few staff around, and at times I wasn't sure who to ask for help. The stay was okay. With some improvements to the facilities and service, the experience could be much better.

The place is close enough to the center that we could walk to the sights. The rooms aren't in an old-fashioned style, but they're well organized, with large, clean bathrooms and hot showers. Kaic gave exceptional service, attentive and committed. Breakfast was another highlight, with lots of choices and homemade food. Each cake seemed better than the last. The price felt fair for what you get. I'd book ahead. Tiradentes stays busy all year, so finding an inn without a reservation isn't always easy.
