The bed was quite comfortable, and the night shift guys were good. Breakfast was great too, but the cleaning wasn't very good. The day receptionist was rude and didn't seem to know her job, and the head of management she called was rude and mean to my family as well. I've never had such a headache at a hotel. The management was horrible. I'll never come back, and if I owned the place, I'd look into the people managing it on site. Don't waste your money here.

I travel to São Leopoldo for work and always stay at this hotel. Its location is excellent, near the shopping mall and restaurants, and the price is very fair. The rooms are nice and clean, like a comfortable standard hotel anywhere, and the food is very good. The team is professional and friendly. I have no doubt it's the best hotel in São Leopoldo. Five stars from me.
