Hotel Sol Nascente

The room equipment all worked properly and looked new and well maintained. The hotel has a pleasant atmosphere, modern facilities, and a good breakfast. The downside is that every outlet in the room only works with the key card, so I couldn't leave my phone charging while I went to breakfast.

We finally found a room with working air conditioning and both hot and cold water, but it was a long night getting there. At midnight they had to look for another room for my family, and the air conditioning was also out in three other rooms. The first room had no air conditioning and only boiling hot water. The bed in the room we got was Full instead of the Queen we had paid for. At 1 a.m. I had to carry a single bed into the room with the porter so my children would have beds. When I spoke to reception the next day, they said they couldn't change the rate or give a discount. Breakfast was average, with few fruit options.

I've stayed here twice. The rooms are cozy, breakfast is really good, and there's a place to park, so you can worry less about where to leave the car while you rest.

Breakfast is very good. The beds are quite narrow, though, and covered parking has very few spaces.
