Ibis Arcoverde

The breakfast was very good, and the rooms were well laid out and equipped. Everything is new, clean, and organized, and the place feels quiet and welcoming. The staff are helpful and provide very good service. And there’s a pet receptionist who greets everyone so sweetly, making the stay feel even more welcoming.

We were pleasantly surprised by the little caramel-colored dog in a uniform welcoming guests at reception. With so many awful stories about animal mistreatment, it was lovely to meet this sweet, gentle dog. She’s been there since construction and is clearly well cared for and clean. A touch like this from a business makes guests want to come back. Congratulations! The hotel is new and comfortable, in a great location along the BR, and the staff are kind and attentive. Breakfast is in the usual IBIS style.

The hotel is still finishing construction and training its staff, with signs around explaining that it’s in soft-opening mode. That may be why there are no lunch or dinner options yet. Even so, it’s a real hotel unlike anything the area has had before. It has its own power generator, two elevators, a gym, and a free ironing area on every floor. There’s good space for breakfast, with a varied selection, and everything is new. The hotel also brings professional hospitality and a high level of safety to Arcoverde, including smoke sensors and emergency lighting in the rooms.

The rooms are thoughtfully designed, the shower doesn’t leak, and the air conditioning works well. The TV is more than adequate. Breakfast was impeccable, with Santa Clara gourmet coffee and a generous spread of everything you need. I really enjoyed it.
