We were looking forward to a few restful days with our family in February 2023, after booking and paying for the stay through Booking. Then the owner messaged us asking us to cancel, despite the payment, and said the house would only be available if we added three more nights. We felt deceived and treated dishonestly. It completely ruined what we’d been looking forward to. Casa dos sonhos? Never again. Be careful.

The house is new, with good bedrooms and a great leisure area, though it needed a few repairs.
