The pool was a lovely way to unwind after a full day at the beach, and João was the standout. He was warm, attentive, and ready to help with recommendations or anything else we needed. The facilities were spotless throughout. We had an incredible stay in Búzios, with easy access to everything. It's half a block from the main avenue, where all the shuttles to the beaches pass by. We'd gladly come back and recommend it to anyone visiting Búzios.
