It was a quiet spot in a good location, and breakfast was good. The room felt really humid, though the air conditioning was icy cold. They charged us 8 reais to use the electric kettle, even though we brought the bottled water. 🫣

It’s much more expensive than what you get, and the service wasn’t good. The women working there weren’t available when we needed them and would hide in the rooms. Breakfast was just so-so. The cold cuts were spoiled, and they covered them with napkins. There wasn’t much fruit, which would be the least of it, except they left it uncovered and that brought in lots of mosquitoes. The pool wasn’t cleaned, and several roof tiles were loose, which felt dangerous. The air conditioning didn’t work properly, and you had to pay extra for it. The place doesn’t look like the photos. I honestly wouldn’t recommend staying here. The service was really poor, and they need to improve a lot of things.

I arrived at the inn with my wife in the early afternoon. After using the pool, I cut the sole of my foot and my toe on a poorly placed nail. I asked the receptionist for antiseptic and a bandage, but they didn’t have either. I said I’d buy them and ask to be reimbursed, and he agreed. When I came back later, a different receptionist said I might have been injured in the street and questioned the 54,67 on the receipt. He told me to leave the medicine at the hotel. I explained that it was something I’d keep using. It was a really bad, unpleasant reception, and I wasn’t sure whether I’d get reimbursed after being hurt on the property. The bed was bad and the room was small. I did get the reimbursement early the next morning, after this review.
