The building itself isn't very nice, and the shower only gets lukewarm. The apartment, though, is clean, new, and very nice.

The street is quiet and small, in a residential area, so there are spaces to park along the road, though no parking lot. I visited a friend here. The room was really good, with air conditioning, a kitchen, and a nice bathroom. There was also an outdoor barbecue area. Everything looked clean and attractive. I don't know the price, but I was told it was good value.

Right in central Búzios, close to shops and restaurants. The apartment is small and just right for a couple.
