Suites Arara Azul Buzios

We booked through the website, but when we arrived the owner said there was no reservation. I asked my friend to contact the site, and then he changed the subject before finding our booking mixed in with one of his other documents. He asked us to go to the beach while he contacted the people in our suite, and said he’d call when it was free. Around 14:45 he told us to come back, but we were still at the beach and said we’d return once we left. We got back to the guesthouse around 17:40 and found other guests in the courtyard complaining there had been no water since early morning. The owner had gone out, and they were waiting for him. I said I’d call the police because I was exhausted from traveling and wanted a shower. The water issue was soon sorted out. But there was another problem: the air conditioning in my suite wasn’t working, and there was only a fan. I was tired and covered in salt water from the beach, so I showered and went out with my friends. My booking was for Saturday to Sunday. I can’t recommend this guesthouse. The room had no working air conditioning, and the shower curtain was dirty and badly stained, and needed replacing.
