We had three lovely nights at the pousada. Chris and Mara were both so welcoming, though in different ways: Mara is full of energy, and Chris is easygoing and calm. The place is beautifully decorated, with a peaceful, zen feel and great music playing all the time. Hope to see you again soon, and thanks!

Mara, the charming and charismatic hostess, made us feel so welcome and was incredibly helpful. The deck by the pool has breathtaking views, the lounge plays soft, relaxing music, and breakfast was divine, healthy, and made with clean food. Such a beautiful stay in Buzios.

Maravilha is around a 10-minute walk from one beach, a little farther from another, and close to a lovely forest trail and gorgeous cliffs. I loved the space and the people there. The rooms were cozy and just right for my retreat, and the kind hosts and skilled cooking staff served delicious food. It was a peaceful stay in a beautiful place.

The staff made this stay special. My host Maressa was attentive, always ready to help with a smile, and did all she could to make sure I had a great time. I also tried the wellness offerings, and the massages were incredible. Breakfast had a great selection of fresh food. The accommodation itself was stunning, spacious, comfortable, beautifully designed, and impeccably clean. I especially loved the pool and large terrace with ocean views. Maravilha is a rare find, and I'd highly recommend it for a relaxing stay with lovely food and excellent service.

The plant medicine journey and ceremony offered at Maravilha was truly transformative for me and my group. It's a beautiful retreat, surrounded by the natural beauty of the ocean and hiking trails. The staff, including hosts Mara & Chris, were responsive and awesome. I highly recommend Maravilha Retreat!
