The room they put me in at the back was awful. It was small, had no side table, and was very dirty. The shower had low water pressure and pointed at the wall. The minibar was filthy, old, rusty, and poorly maintained. The curtains were stained and dirty, and the bedding and towels were old. The shower enclosure window looked moldy and unsanitary, the soap holder was broken, and the ceiling fan was visibly dusty, as if it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Everything in the room was old, broken, or badly maintained. The air conditioner was dirty, dusty, very noisy, and didn't cool the room. I told reception, but they said nothing could be done and there wasn't another empty room. The bed and pillows were poor quality and uncomfortable. When I picked up the blue blanket, its smell made me think it hadn't been cleaned and had been used and put away. That felt like a complete lack of hygiene and respect for guests. The light switch was broken with wiring exposed, creating a risk of shock or a short circuit. The bathroom sink basin was cracked or broken, with a risk of cutting my hand. It's unacceptable for a place in Búzios that serves tourists from around the world to operate in these conditions. I felt the room's unhealthy and dangerous state should be a matter for the health surveillance authority, VISA/RJ.

Lucas, Letícia, and Tatiana deserve a special mention. They're always friendly and ready to help or share tips. The breakfast was great, especially the sweet empadinhas, haha, we loved those. The inn is simple but full of care. We had wonderful days in Búzios and already want to come back!

We were welcomed so warmly by the team, and the service was excellent. The inn is lovely and cozy, with a generous breakfast and a wonderful complimentary afternoon coffee. It's close to Geribá beach, too. The service was really good, and I recommend it without hesitation.

Good price and a great location. The place is simple, and there's no trash bin, but it has air conditioning and wasn't noisy. They offer complimentary coffee in the afternoon, and the staff are kind and helpful. I'll be back soon.
