When we ran into an issue with Uber, the manager stepped in personally and helped us sort everything out. We were really grateful. The service was excellent, and everyone was so friendly. I’d definitely recommend it.

We’ve stayed here twice now, and it’s already our pick for next year. The place feels cozy, everything is very clean, and the reception is lovely. Cris and Aline were wonderful and so helpful when they welcomed us. One small suggestion for room 101: a freestanding coat rack and a non-slip rubber mat inside the shower would be useful.

The breakfast was really tasty, and everything was clean and well organized. We were treated so well by the team, who were fantastic. I’ll be back again!

I found the beds comfortable, and although the bathroom was a little small, it worked fine. Soap and shampoo in the bathroom would make things more convenient. The staff were attentive, breakfast was good, and the inn is near the center, making it a good base for visiting Buzios.
