Pousada Capua

I’d gladly stay here again. The setting is peaceful and charming, with a feel that captures Búzios, and breakfast is fresh and varied. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well kept, and the staff are welcoming and happy to help, so you feel at home from the moment you arrive. Its central location is hard to beat: the main sights, restaurants, shops, and beaches are all a short walk away, so there's no need for transport. I highly recommend this pousada for its comfort, service, and location.

My girlfriend and I spent a week here and had no real complaints. Everything was as agreed, the room was spotless, and the service was attentive. Breakfast was delicious and had plenty of variety. We felt comfortable the whole time, and the basics all worked as they should: hot water, working air conditioning, everything was perfect.

The location was the only thing I liked. I stayed 11 days, but they cleaned our tiny room only three times. After two days without a cleaning, I asked on January 28 if someone could come. They left clean towels on top of the refrigerator for me to put away, a trash bag for me to take out, and two toilet paper rolls for me to carry to the bathroom. In a beach town, the room obviously gets sandy. From what I saw in other reviews, problems with towels and room service happen repeatedly. There are plenty of other places in the city center, and I wouldn't return.

The accommodation was so cool and clean, and the place itself is incredible. We especially loved the service from Tomi and Abril, and all the staff were friendly. Breakfast was delicious too. We'll definitely come back on our next vacation, Buzios has unbelievable scenery.
