This budget place has potential, and when we asked, management was happy to move us to another room. In the first one, the door lock was broken, there were ants in the basin, and the safe was missing its entire locking compartment. Breakfast was just average, with a limited selection, and the pool was unclean.

I liked the calm, leafy feel of the place. It has a peaceful energy, and I think it has everything it needs to do well. The facilities need renovation, though, and the bed mattress was very uncomfortable. Given the nightly rate, I thought it was fair. I imagine keeping a property like this up is hard, and I hope the pousada does well and can invest in the facilities.

A simple, traditional pousada. The shower had a problem, but they fixed it promptly. The air conditioner was pretty noisy. Breakfast was simple but served in good portions. I’d stay there again.
