The owners are hands-on, and the service meets expectations. It's a cozy place with plenty of trees and green space, plus a nice pool. Breakfast is simple, but you can ask for scrambled eggs, and hygiene is good. For a relatively low price, you get the basic comforts, so the value is worthwhile. Check-in and check-out times were flexible, and you can negotiate a later departure if you need extra time. The facilities aren't poor, but some refurbishment and more modern features would be needed for a five-star rating.

Vanessa, the owner, was very attentive. She helped us with our bags and explained how to get around Búzios. The location is good, the room was clean and comfortable, though the air conditioner was a little noisy. Breakfast was tasty and had a good variety, and I loved the coffee machine. The women serving breakfast were very friendly. We felt welcome.

We stayed at Pousada Happiness from 7/11 to 11/11, and it was wonderful. The staff were helpful and always ready to assist, and the rooms had good equipment. We were well looked after from the time we made the reservation, with all our questions answered. Breakfast was good too. You can walk to both downtown and the beach. If you don't feel like walking, Uber or 99 is pretty cheap. I really recommend this inn.

The location is perfect, close to Ferradura beach and Rua das Pedras. Even during the festivities, the inn stays peaceful and cozy. The staff are very helpful, and the rooms are clean and smell fresh. The owner is always around, giving guests attention. I've stayed here before and have always been very satisfied. I loved everything and recommend it!

We spent six days here with the family, and everything was impeccable. Daniel and Rosana gave us wonderful service, both over the phone and in person. The location is great, breakfast was AMAZING, the rooms were cozy and spacious, and the pool was lovely. We recommend it and will definitely come back!
