Pousada Villa Verde

Loved it.

Márcia was very attentive and sorted out the things we raised on our first day, including getting a table, a new shower, and a TV antenna for the room. The property has a very nice leisure area and pool. It's a little far from Centro da Rasa, but perfectly accessible by car, with just 1 km along an unpaved road. Good enough for the price.

A peaceful place to spend a few days, and the staff were welcoming. One thing to know: despite what the pousada's Google listing says, there is no breakfast on site. There aren't any shops nearby either.

The inn itself is very pretty, but the treatment, rooms, and location were all really poor. The person in charge intruded a lot, coming into rooms and bathrooms while people were inside. She was rude and arrogant, and didn't even know how to treat her own children. She was cruel and intolerant toward people of other genders, and kept shouting vulgar words. This was the worst place I've come to spend a holiday. Help.
