The stay is top-notch, and the people are wonderful. “Excellent” hardly covers it. Highly recommended if you’re planning to spend a few days or a longer stretch in Búzios.

Privacy and quiet were a real plus in this spotless, comfortable apartment. The building is well laid out, with four apartments in each unit and two units in all. It faces Usina Avenue, and the location makes it easy to reach Buzios points of interest. The apartment has everything needed for cooking, including a four-burner stove and oven, a full-size refrigerator, microwave, and a complete set of dishes. Wi-Fi was excellent. The owners were friendly and professional, and happy to answer questions. The price felt very reasonable for the service. Absolutely recommended.

Paula, the owner, was warm and attentive from the start. She gave me all the information clearly, along with tips for getting around Búzios. The studio is in a safe, well-lit spot close to Rua da Pedras and some beaches. We were pleasantly surprised on arrival because it looks even better in person than in the photos. The room and bathroom are spacious, attractive, cozy, organized, very clean, and practical. It has what you need for a good stay, including a closet with hangers, microwave, refrigerator, and kitchen utensils. The air conditioner seemed new, was quiet and powerful, the bed was comfortable, the shower was good, and the towels and sheets smelled fresh. They tidy up daily and change the bath towels too. Paulo, Paula’s husband, was also very friendly. At the end of our stay, he kindly drove us in his own car to the place where we caught our bus home. I highly recommend it and will stay there again on my next visit to Búzios. Great value.
