Good morning. I don't recommend this place. I stayed a few days through a tour agency, and it was a bad experience. The beds were rock hard, the bathroom was filthy, and the room was small, uncomfortable and dirty. There were ants and cockroaches everywhere. You get what you pay for. Chileans, don't stay here, or bring your own sheets and pillowcases if you do.

The location is excellent, and the breakfast was great, with nothing to complain about. The owner and staff were lovely, polite and welcoming. The inn is clean and tidy, including the rooms, bedding, towels and small bathroom. The bathroom is small, but everything was in order. The fan, AC and minibar are a little old, though they all worked. There's no extreme luxury, just the essentials, and that's exactly what you need for a comfortable stay. It felt safe, and the pool was nice too. If you want the basics, good service and a good location, this place delivers. I don't believe the bad reviews that defame the place. I think that's unkind and shows a lack of awareness and empathy for others.

I've stayed at other places with much better breakfasts, and the mattresses could be improved. But the owner was so lovely with us that her service won me over.

The garden and pool were a comfortable, relaxing spot, and the location was perfect, less than five minutes from Rua das Pedras. My mom, sister and I stayed five nights and had a truly wonderful time. The service was perfect, everyone was kind, and the owner was especially friendly. Thanks so much for everything!
