We felt really comfortable, both with the location and the facilities. Everything else was impeccable, but the sheets had stains and could be improved.

The place is quiet and close to several beaches and Rua das Pedras. The lofts have everything needed to prepare meals. I highly recommend it.

The apartment was nice, but no one cleaned it during our stay, and the kitchen sink leaked and had ants. Those things alone would have been manageable. What made the experience unacceptable was how we were treated after money went missing. A friend and I stayed during the last week of March 2025, and by day four we were already short. We complained on WhatsApp, but got a runaround about checking the security cameras and were told they needed management authorization. Nobody came to the apartment to apologize or offer a solution. We left without an answer or resolution from the hotel. The only employee we saw working was the pool maintenance worker. I have no idea what the others were doing.

The most troubling part was hearing that two neighbors staying there had their apartments broken into and their money stolen. There was no sign of forced entry, so I thought it must have been someone on the hotel staff. On top of that, one light didn't work and the main table was covered in tiny bugs, like ants. It was a terrible experience, and I don't recommend staying here.
