The restaurant was good enough that we went back several times, and the beach chairs came with bar and food service. There was also a grassy spot with loungers in a shallow pool and an ocean view, which was great for the kids. Our toddler was happy playing with all the toys in the children’s room. The hotel was great, and the staff were amazing.

Our annual retreat was a lot of fun, and the team handled our big, noisy group as easily as if we were just a few people. Rafaela was a joy to talk with, spoke every language represented on our team, and was always upbeat. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the meeting room was bright and cool, and the internet was A+. Food and drinks were A+ too, and both the pool and beach were great.

Rafaela and Anamaria were caring and so helpful throughout the week, and the staff were professional and helpful. We had a lot of fun at our annual retreat at Villa Rasa. They treated us really well, and the customer service was on another level.

Ana Maria went above and beyond before we even arrived, helping coordinate things for our group of 25. She arranged taxis, helped organize lovely activities in the gorgeous backyard, and made sure the meeting rooms were set up with everything we needed for work. Every person in the group felt personally looked after. During the stay, the food was delicious and beautifully arranged, the staff were kind and helpful, and thoughtful touches made things feel special. I can’t say enough good things about our time at Villa Rasa. Thank you!
