Hotel Acauã

It was okay.

The host welcomed me warmly and was really attentive, and the price was low. I couldn't get back to Campina Grande because of the time, so I stayed. I've been in plenty of simple hotels and usually like them, and the place had decent facilities for what it cost. But the cleanliness was a dealbreaker for me. The floor was filthy enough to dirty my feet if I walked barefoot in the room. The towels were stained, the bathroom stank, and it seemed like they tried to cover it with disinfectant in the toilet. The shower stall was filthy and in bad shape. I wouldn't stay again because of the hygiene and smell, though I hope things improve so I can come back. There was no air conditioning in the rooms and the TV didn't work. I also needed a tax invoice with a key for my company. The host wrote one by hand and said it was just as valid as a regular invoice and that he collected taxes from it. I didn't really understand that.

The place smelled awful, and all the beds were dirty. When the host showed us the first room, there was a bat inside. Terrible experience, I wouldn't recommend it.

I don't know the place yet. I'm from Batista and work in São Paulo. In January, during vacation, I'll be traveling from São Paulo to Aroeiras, PB, a distance of 2850 km. I plan to stop there to sleep and rest for at least a couple of days, then I'll leave my review.
