Pangea Tropical Apart-Hotel

The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were very helpful. We stayed for 5 days, and found the inn peaceful, quiet, simple, and well located near both the beach and town center. There was dust and cobwebs in one corner when we arrived, as if the room hadn’t been cleaned or had been closed for a while. Frequent rain also led to a leak right above the bed. Even so, I would stay here again.

The reception staff were great, polite, and helpful with suggestions for tours and restaurants. All the receptionists we met were lovely, as was Felipe, who runs the inn. They let us leave our bags and use a bathroom, even to shower, outside our reservation hours, though check-in and checkout times aren’t flexible. The flats have a small sitting area and kitchen with basic utensils, plus a balcony, which is a nice feature. The location is very good and the price is fair. The beds weren’t very comfortable, and there were no spare pillows when we arrived. The ones in our room were very thin. Breakfast wasn’t good, with little variety and disappointing refills and kitchen service.

Everything was clean, the staff were welcoming, and the location was great. Breakfast was very good, with a different menu. I recommend it.

The pool area was really pleasant, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious. The staff were very attentive. Breakfast was basic for Brazil. There were a lot of mosquitoes, though, and the staff did nothing to keep them away.
