Pousada 4 Ventos

The WhatsApp contact left me with a really unpleasant impression. I asked for a quote for four rooms and clearly explained who would be staying. The attendant stayed vague and made ironic comments about whether the pousada could meet my expectations, but never gave prices or availability or tried to understand what I needed. I was polite throughout and only wanted straightforward information so I could book directly. Instead, I felt no real interest, courtesy, or professionalism, and was even told to try another channel without any genuine effort to help. Hospitality starts with that first contact, and I didn’t get a respectful response before making a reservation. A heads-up for anyone who expects that.

Evandro and Sueli made the stay feel especially warm. They welcomed us with smiles, kindness, and real care, as if we were friends rather than guests. The atmosphere is peaceful and inviting from the moment you arrive. We had a wonderful time at Pousada 4 Ventos, and it’s one of those places that stays with you. We’re grateful for the special memories and will definitely return.

The location is a real plus, close to the best beaches and just a short walk from Rua Mucugê, the historic center, and the main spots around the area. The room was excellent, with a very comfortable bed, air conditioning, TV, and a minibar. The bathroom was spacious and the shower was great. Sr. Evandro, Dona Suely, and the whole team were so attentive that it felt like being in an extension of home. Everyone was engaging, and the good conversations made the stay even nicer. I’ll be back for sure, and I recommend it.

I booked five nights in January/26 but left on the third day because I couldn’t put up with the problems in my room. There was no hand shower, and no water came out of the bathroom sink, so I had to turn on the shower to brush my teeth or wash my face. I told the owner, but unfortunately he couldn’t fix it. Breakfast was weak, and street noise from the room kept disturbing my sleep. The location is good, since Rua Mucugê is within walking distance, but I wouldn’t return or recommend it.
