We stayed in apartment 307, which was clean, comfortable, and well equipped, with very good showers. The common areas were tidy and well looked after, and the pools were clean, though small for the number of apartments. The sauna was good. The hot tub wasn't working. There's also a small covered barbecue area, which probably needs to be booked ahead during high season.

The view of Prainha was wonderful, and there are two exits, one straight to the beach and another toward the center. The condo was very quiet, clean, and organized. It was empty during the week I went. Sr. Gomes, the caretaker, was a really nice guy. There's an elevator, pool, sauna, and barbecue area.
