The rooms are well built, comfortable, and very cozy, with an exceptional view. The game room and bar are charming places to spend a rainy afternoon. It was cold while we were there, so we didn’t use the pool, but it looked very well cared for. We spent 12 days at Pousada Sotaque Mineiro with my fiancée, and we’d happily return. The simple breakfast was excellent and clearly made with care, and the pousada’s little dogs were great company. Some evenings we had dinner there, and the food was excellent, prepared with real attention. We were lucky to share those meals with sr. Dalvo and dona Maria and hear their stories. Their warmth is what really made the stay worthwhile. We were treated very well by sr. Dalvo, whose cheerful manner and great stories we enjoyed, as well as by his wife and the rest of the team. We had some wonderful days there.

We’re leaving after seven really lovely days, already feeling like we’ll be back. The views in the afternoons were wonderful, and the gardens are clean and well kept. Dalvo and Maria made a real difference with their warm hospitality. They make you feel at ease, and the place has a homey feel with plenty of care put into making guests comfortable. The chalets were clean, functional, and comfortable. Gigi, Gorram and Tropeço are the affectionate dogs of the house.

Wonderful stay! Everything was clean, the bed and blanket were great, and the shower was lovely. I was in chalet number 12, which has a spectacular view. Seu Dalvo and Dona Maria were so friendly. I’d absolutely recommend it and come back.

The location is ideal, close to several attractions as well as restaurants and cafés. Pousada Sotaque Mineiro in Cunha is very clean and well organized, with a wonderful breakfast and warm hospitality from the owners. I definitely recommend it and will return.

Our chalet had an incredible view, and we enjoyed everything about the stay, from the room and service to breakfast, the shower, and the location. Bianca was so welcoming and attentive, and lovely to talk with. Our Chow Chow Laika had a great time playing with Gohan. We’ll definitely come back and recommend the place.
