The staff are warm and welcoming, and the hostel is spotless and tidy. Its bright green interior makes the common areas comfortable places to hang out. It’s right by one of Arraial’s beautiful beaches, and has a lovely balance: calm and peaceful, but still social and familiar. Incredible place, highly recommend it.

A comfortable place to stay, with clean bathrooms, air-conditioned rooms, and lockers. Breakfast is included, and Praia Grande Beach is only a two-minute walk away. Restaurants and viewpoints are nearby too. The hall and kitchen are great for socializing, and the staff are very friendly. Definitely worth it.

The owners are incredibly kind and helpful with ideas for things to do. This hostel has some of the best facilities I’ve seen after traveling a lot. It’s less than two minutes from the beach and close to the city center, too. They speak English, which makes staying here much easier if you don’t know Portuguese or Spanish. I definitely recommend it, 10/10.

Tadeo and Gabriella go out of their way to make you feel at home. The place is welcoming, clean, and has great facilities. I’ve stayed in quite a few hostels, and this is one of the best. There’s even a foot-washing spot at the entrance to rinse off sand, a small but really useful touch I hadn’t seen before.

There were parties every weekend, and everyone was really helpful. They don’t speak Portuguese. Before I even stayed there, I asked where the ATM was in town, and when I left at 5 am they got me a taxi. Great stay!
