Pousada Arraial Beach

The staff were attentive and kind, and the location is handy for shops and beaches. The rooms are decent, but some things need maintenance, especially the air conditioning and the locks. Breakfast was awful, and the cleanliness and care there were lacking.

The bathroom smell was so unpleasant, like sewage, that my fiancé and I had to keep its door shut while we were there on vacation. The TV in our balcony room didn’t work either. When we reported that the shower was cold, nobody replied, and when we asked for toilet paper, they told us to go get it at reception. I wouldn’t stay there again.

We had a lovely stay while celebrating my mother-in-law’s birthday, and I’m especially grateful to the receptionists ANA and ADRIANA for being so attentive from our arrival through checkout. We reached the inn around 9 in the morning, before the 2 pm check-in, and Ana kept our bags so we could go to the beach. They were both so kind to us, and were available whenever we needed anything. The rooms were beautiful and well organized, and breakfast was delicious, plentiful, and had lots of variety. The location is very accessible and just a few meters from the beach, so we walked there. We were welcomed and looked after so well that we’re already thinking of coming back and will recommend the inn. Thank you for everything, we’ll be back soon.

The lunch they recommended at Point do Churrasco was a real highlight. It had a welcoming atmosphere, the meat was juicy, the sides were tasty, and everyone in our group left satisfied. We also had a wonderful stay at Pousada Arraial Beach. The welcome from the moment we arrived was warm and thoughtful, which made a difference. I’d happily recommend both places to anyone looking to relax and enjoy a good meal. Thanks to everyone for such a great experience. We hope to return soon.
