The location worked well for us, around 15-20 minutes from the beaches and town centers. Still, during our 7-day stay the room was never cleaned and the sheets weren't changed; they were in such poor shape they kept slipping off the mattress. There was also an unpleasant smell in the air, especially in the shared area by the entrance. They do say towels aren't provided, but I wish they'd reconsider that. Traveling from Buenos Aires, Argentina, towels take up a lot of luggage space.

The room had a fridge and TV, the air conditioning was great, and the shower water was lovely. We stayed six days and had a wonderful time. Even though we arrived very late, almost at dawn, our host Carlos welcomed us warmly and stayed to tell us about the city, beaches, and things to see. The location was excellent, close to everything, and the whole place was lovely. I know some people complain about towels and room cleaning, but it was made clear from the start that those aren't provided. Everything worked out beautifully for us, and we'd definitely come back.

Carlos, the host, was straightforward and explained everything clearly. Getting to several sights is easy, and the place is close to the center. The kitchen keypad and the room cards that save energy were interesting touches. The gap between check-in and check-out felt very long. I wasn't that happy with the room cleaning or the bed linen either, though at the low price there isn't much to complain about. One thing to keep in mind: finding a parking spot takes a lot of effort. Good luck!

The location is good, but the rental isn't cheap for a stay with so many hassles. The worst part was how the owner handled criticism. He took no responsibility for anything, answered with long speeches about respect, ethics, and morals, and called guests capricious without admitting any shortcomings. We asked several times for him to come look at the problems, but he ignored us. Once he came out to greet other guests, saw us, and bolted. Very cowardly. As for the room, the bathroom had no outside ventilation, just an opening into the room, so we were constantly smelling sewage. The blanket was so dirty we couldn't use it. Our sheets were stained; the first replacement was stained too, and we had to ask again before getting clean, new ones. The staircase felt dangerous, the lighting was poor, the curtain was in bad shape, and the air conditioner wouldn't heat. On rainy days, there was no way to dry our clothes.
