The beach was lovely and sandy, though the waves broke late, so it wasn't the best for little kids. The location itself was great, right on the beach and within walking distance of downtown shops and restaurants. Staff were nice and accommodating when our dinner ran late and they were closing the kitchen. The rooms need some updating, and the smallest one was too small. The grounds could be better maintained too, including replacing the beach lights. Our stay was good overall, but if I return to São Sebastião, I'd probably try another hotel just to compare.

The location is great, but the assistants seem to need more training. The pool is basic and doesn't look very nice. I'd give the hotel a 7, though better management could easily help it reach the top.

The breakfast had lots of tasty things, including scrambled eggs, croissants, and cakes. It's a spectacular spot right by the sea, with an outstanding sunset view.

You really are as close to the beach as they say, and some rooms look out over the ocean. It's a quiet little town, close to several of the more popular beaches.
