We stayed in early January. The property is lovely, with an impressive setup that works well for families with kids. Our room was comfortable, the TV and internet signal were fine, and the games area was great. Reception was also very good. I can't remember the name of the man who helped us on the morning of 04/1, but he deserves a 10. He was really helpful and let us check in early because it was raining. Priscila, the reception manager, was attentive and thoughtful with guests. A couple of things let the stay down. Breakfast was disappointing, with little variety and some items cold, and that happened every day. The shower in our room was very weak, like standing in drizzle. The room was tidied, but I noticed the bedding wasn't changed, and there weren't enough fresh towels. In the middle of our stay, we were told Booking had canceled our reservation even though we'd already paid in full. It was embarrassing. I think they should have sorted it out with Booking before bringing it up with us. In the end, it was a mistake.

We spent the end of our family's vacation here, and we're grateful for it. Delta Maresias Club was a lovely place to stay, close enough to walk to Maresias beach and the local shops, so our car stayed in the parking lot the whole time. We were in the duplex. The room was spotless, tidy, smelled lovely, and everything felt new. The beds were super comfortable. Everyone was warm and attentive, always ready to help, especially Robert, Gabriel, and Priscila. The cleaning staff helped us with everything while we had our cat with us, though I don't know their names. The restaurant took good care of us too, with tasty food and a breakfast that had what we needed to start the day. The leisure areas were clean and well kept, including the pools, shared spaces, beanbags, sofas, video room, and game room. There's a river on the property, with a cozy spot where you can sit and listen to the nature around you. We loved everything and will definitely come back.

It's a beautiful, spacious place, kept clean and tidy, with plenty to do. But there's no internet signal in the rooms, and nobody fixed it. You can't watch TV either, since it only works over Wi-Fi and there are no regular channels. Mobile data doesn't work reliably there, either. I won't be coming back.

I expected more after seeing the promotional photos, and the stay didn't live up to them. The beds were uncomfortable, and the meals were expensive. At breakfast, flies were landing on some of the food, including tomatoes and one of the cakes. The chicken-filled bread had raw dough, then tasted bitter the next day and seemed spoiled. The pool was dirty from Sunday through Tuesday, with bits of algae and cloudy water. There were no towels in our room when we arrived, and after the room was cleaned on the second day, they still hadn't replaced the towels or toilet paper. I also saw an employee hand a different guest damp towels at reception because they hadn't dried yet. The room TV had no regular channels.
