A really good place.

We had a pleasant stay overall. The inn is simple but cozy, and the attendants were extremely kind and polite, which made a difference. They let us check in early, even though the official time was 1 p.m. We arrived in Ilhabela around 8 in the morning and could start using the facilities right away. That was thoughtful and accommodating. Breakfast had limited variety and few healthy choices, but the coffee was very good, and espresso was included. They also made scrambled eggs and tapioca fresh, with no limit on how much we could have. The parking entrance could be improved. The gate is manual, secured with a chain and padlock, and there’s no staff member to open it, so guests have to do it themselves. It’s inconvenient and could be a security concern if someone leaves it open. An electric gate would fix that easily. The biggest drawback was the towel policy. We asked for two extra towels for the beach and were told we could only have one per person, with a charge for any more. Given that the stay cost about R$ 2,500.00, that felt too strict for such a basic hospitality request. We still had a good experience, though some changes could make the inn better.
