I spent Christmas there with the solaine turismo agency and had a wonderful stay. The staff were all so polite and kind. Praia dos Anjos and Praia Grande are both an easy walk, and there’s a bakery, wine shops, an ice cream shop, and restaurants nearby. Thanks for making us feel so welcome. I’ll be back soon.

After years of coming to Arraial do Cabo, this was by far the worst stay of my life. I felt misled. The Pousada smelled of mold, the broken bedroom window wouldn’t close and felt very unsafe, the closets were broken, and the room was so damp that it triggered my bronchitis allergies. They offered to move me to a room on the second floor, but my mother has knee arthritis and couldn’t manage the stairs. When I asked to cancel, they told me to seek legal advice because they wouldn’t refund me, saying the Pousada had only opened because of me, as if it were my fault for wanting a place to stay. The place was awful, the people were awful, and I hated everything about it. It was also very far from everything. The worst experience.

The team were attentive, everything was clean, and the breakfast had plenty of tasty choices. The pool was clean too. My family and I loved our stay and were treated well. Whenever I return to Arraial do Cabo, we’ll stay at this hotel again. We’ve found our little room in Arraial.
