The staff were all so warm and kind, and Vagner knows a lot about Arraial. Talking with him about the region, its history, and what it has to offer felt like a lesson. The pousada itself is beautiful, surrounded by nature, and Vagner's animals make the stay even nicer. It's also in a great spot: you can walk to at least three beaches, and the center is about 10 minutes away. It's close to everything without the noise of central Arraial. The room was large, with a closet, minibar, big bathroom, balcony, and TV. The Wi-Fi had problems while I was there, but that didn't bother me. Breakfast had a great variety and was all very good. My one small criticism is that they should watch the cakes more carefully, since one was starting to go bad but was still being served. I'd definitely recommend it!

What a peaceful place. At dawn, you wake up to birds singing, and the whole pousada has a special charm. Vagner loves telling you all about the details, and he's a wonderful person to talk with. The staff were very attentive, and Jana put a lot of care into breakfast. You can walk to the city center, the boats for sea trips, Praia do Forno, Praia dos Anjos, and the food district with its many options. The pousada also has parking, so there's no need to worry about the car. I'm grateful to the whole team and would absolutely recommend it.

The staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They were so kind and ready to help, and their local suggestions made our stay even better. They also let us leave our belongings there after check-out until our ride came, which we really appreciated. It was a warm, welcoming place with attentive, helpful people. We'd definitely come back.

The service had some real ups and downs. The curly-haired receptionist on the day shift was lovely, friendly, and always ready to help, but the gray-haired man on nights was the opposite: unhelpful and scolding. It also seemed clear that he treated people differently depending on their nationality. If you're Argentinian, be prepared. The room itself was spacious, nicely equipped, and in an excellent location, just three blocks from the port where excursions leave. Still, during siesta they cut the power to “protect the environment,” and towels, shampoo, and soap weren't replaced unless you asked. The pousada is acceptable, but there's quite a bit to improve.
