The location is good and the bathrooms are nice, but the rest was hard to put up with. The double room had no TV or minibar, and the conditions were poor. The owner was extremely rude and seemed out of control. We came to relax and ended up having to deal with situations like that.

No breakfast, and the rooms are poor with no TV. The owner was really indecent. They act like ogres.

We were missing water and bed linen during our stay, and the whole experience was awful. The owner was very rude and tells guests to leave. I won't be back.

I stayed with my family from 25/07/2019 to 28/07/2019. The bathrooms were dirty, and there was no room service. None of the rooms had a TV or minibar. Breakfast was terrible, with no fruit, and the milk was left in its carton. On the last day, there wasn't even any milk for the children. The inn was awful.

The rooms were tidy and very clean, and the service was wonderful. Best inn in Aruanã.
