The place itself is beautiful and spotless, but the service let it down. I spent days trying to get a simple quote so I could book, and they were never clear about the costs. There are three types of accommodation, yet they kept trying to sell me the SUPER LUXO and wouldn't give me other options to consider. What should have been respectful, thoughtful service felt focused only on pushing the most expensive option onto the customer.

There’s a big green area and access to the Rio Araguaia, plus a clean pool and a kiosk serving caipirinhas and beer. The rooms are spacious, with balconies facing the Rio Araguaia, and the breakfast was delicious. The service was impeccable.
