Hotel Pousada Toka Do Skillo by OYO Rooms

The staff are attentive, and breakfast is simple but tasty. The place has a good setup, including a garage and room service, though the rooms and shared spaces could be better organized. There were mattresses and disassembled beds sitting around. They said the management was changing and that changes would happen, but in 2024 it still wasn't very good. The rate seemed a little steep at R$ 120,00 for the number of rooms, though I'd recommend it especially if you're traveling by car or motorcycle, thanks to the garage.

I can't speak for the previous management, but I stayed in August 2024 and found the new management awful. Breakfast was cold and bad, with only the bare basics and no choices. That wasn't even the worst part. When I booked, nobody told me payment would be due each day. I was leaving for church and said I'd pay when I got back because I didn't have money on Pix and needed to use a card. The couple in charge told me to my face that if I left without paying, they'd throw my bags outside. I'll never go back after that humiliation. The place smells moldy, and professionalism is nowhere to be found.

Everything was above what I expected, from the warm, kind service to the spotless, comfortable rooms. You can see the team's commitment to doing things well in the details. I had an incredible stay, recommend it without hesitation, and will definitely return.

The service was excellent and the staff were very pleasant. The room was comfortable, quiet and quite spacious. Well done.
