La Ferme de Georges

Just being here felt like the vacation. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and luxurious, and the location made things easy: we could walk to the beach and get over to Lençóis Maranhenses conveniently. The staff were kind and helpful, the food was delicious, and the accommodations were wonderful. I still think about breakfast and one of the chocolate desserts. I can't wait to return and can't imagine choosing anywhere else. Definitely check out the restaurant if you stay.

The restaurant stood out, with amazing food, a remarkable breakfast, local ingredients, and vegetables from their own garden. The lodges are beautifully decorated and very comfortable, set among a spectacular natural landscape. Don't expect a jacuzzi in your lodge, though; that isn't the spirit of this place. It preserves Atins' nature, wildlife, and food really well. For a quieter visit, low season is much better. High season has become crowded, and the experience feels much less immersive.

The restaurant was the best food I had on this trip, and they have their own permaculture garden. The property is beautiful and spacious, so there's plenty of privacy, right in the middle of Atins. Everyone working there was incredibly friendly and ready to help with anything. The rooms have lovely, timeless luxury and comfortable beds. I honestly have nothing negative to say and hope to be back very soon.

The room was lovely, with a design that lets in natural air. We hardly needed the fan, and there was no need for air conditioning. The grounds are beautiful and a relaxing place to come back to after a day in the dunes. The staff were attentive and personable, arranged all our day trips, and knew great guides. The food was so good that we never ate anywhere else. We loved our stay here.
