The apartment needs maintenance in several areas, which is why I gave it a low rating on Airbnb. Its location is good, though, and it’s close to the beach.

I first got to know this cozy place and its lovely setup when my friend, a patient of mine and a candidate for councilor in Balneário Camboriú, brought me along for a special coffee.

The location is great, and there’s 24-hour security. The only snag was the garage, which is really tight for pickup trucks.

Really good location, and the staff were helpful. The place was very clean and hygienic.
