Apartamento Mar Vermelho

We stayed in apartment 6011, and it was a really bad experience. The place is poorly maintained, with broken, swollen furniture and a shower door that sticks. We booked this condominium mainly for the pool, but the water was so dirty that we didn't dare get in. You can see it in the video I posted. The jacuzzi wasn't working either, and its water was green with algae. At night, the pool area is very poorly lit, which makes it feel unsettling. The video also shows dirt and some suspicious-looking things in the water. The reception was good, but the place feels neglected and urgently needs cleaning, repairs, and better lighting. I don't recommend it, especially for anyone with children. As it is now, it just doesn't work.

The leisure area was neglected, and in the morning the pool was extremely dirty, with beer cans and debris in it. The offer to move us to another room wasn't enough because our trust in the place had already been completely broken. The worst moment was when someone else opened our room door while my husband and I were inside, a serious security failure. I had a terrible experience from the first service interaction through checkout. I had to leave three days early because of the poor hygiene, maintenance, and security, even though I knew there would be no immediate refund. The shower didn't work, the bed and TV were awful, and the mini fridge wouldn't even close. The room smelled bad, and I was also surprised by a separate parking charge.

This place was filthy and smelled awful. The first glass we took from the fridge had cigarette grime on it, and there was a rat in the hallway. We were also caught off guard by an extra parking charge. The listing says there may be extra charges, but the way it's written is misleading and leaves the customer confused. Cheap ends up costing more, in my view.

We paid a little over R$ 1.300 for three nights, so I expected better care. The apartment was dirty enough that we had to ask for a broom to sweep it ourselves. The kitchen and service were disappointing, and there was no room cleaning service. Please, really?
