Great.

I’m giving it two stars because being polite to guests doesn’t make up for offering them the bare minimum. Being modest has nothing to do with saving money or being poor when you’re providing lodging. This hotel left me with such a dreadful memory that now I can laugh about it with friends. The towel felt like it had been washed over 1,000 times, all rough and scratchy, and they still asked us to reuse it. I might have if it had been soft. The toilet paper was awful, like sandpaper. I didn’t use it, but my poor friend did. There was no soap or little toiletries kit either. The holder for the TV and air conditioning remotes was made from a plastic bottle. It wasn’t a craft project, just an ugly thing by the head of the bed. Yes, it was clean, but not worth the rate for a two-star hotel. I paid 200,00 plus a card fee, which is ridiculous. I told the manager I’d arrive at 20:00 and was only staying one night. He politely said checkout was at 11:00 hs, and that staying longer would cost another half day. What a sweetheart. I only stayed because it was the only place I could find near where I wanted to be. If the manager takes advantage of Black Friday to buy new towels, a small bar of soap, and decent toilet paper, I might consider coming back or recommending the place. Take this as constructive criticism. Best of luck, and I hope you keep loving your guests the way you loved us. After all, 100,00 per night would already have been plenty.

Everything else went fine. The place was clean, organized, and had what we needed, in a good spot about a block and a half from the beach with everything nearby. I’d just suggest speeding up check-in. People arrive tired and want to settle in, but when we got there, the woman was already inside the apartment and spent quite a while explaining its details.

Awful, a dump, and I wouldn’t recommend staying there. We never even checked in. We’d booked a quadruple room for three friends, but the terrible management put us in one with a double bed and a single bed. We left right away and found somewhere else. It was horrible, with a musty smell.
