What made our stay at Internacional Residente in Balneário Camboriú stand out was the warm, attentive service. From our first interaction at reception, we were welcomed with professionalism and friendliness, and the staff were always ready to help. Their care showed in every interaction and made us feel valued. The facilities are excellent, and our expectations were exceeded in every way. It was a memorable visit to Balneário Camboriú, with comfort and hospitality that I'd strongly recommend.

The reception was very good, and the staff were attentive. The building is well organized, with a cafe, restaurant, pizzeria, 24-hour mini market, small gym, and pool. You need a medical exam to use the pool, but the common areas and gym don't require exams or special authorization. Half the apartments have sea views and half don't. I stayed in 1716, which had a small ocean view but no view of the waterfront. The apartment was well equipped and functional for its size.

We loved staying here. Everything was spotless, the location was great, and it was a lovely place to relax and enjoy our vacation.

It's very crowded, and waiting for the elevator takes a long time. People don't follow the building rules and make a lot of noise in the neighboring apartments. Credit to the team working here, though. The place was always very clean, and the staff were attentive.
