The staff are very nice and helpful. Still, I found the hotel ugly, and closing the pool at 10 pm makes no sense. There aren't enough towels in the rooms either. For rooms booked for two people in separate beds, they give you one double and one single, which also makes no sense.

Really good location, clean and comfortable rooms, and such friendly staff. I'd happily come back, and I recommend the hotel.

I liked the lobby and breakfast room theme based on the Volkswagen beetle. It gives the hotel a distinctive feel compared with the usual IBIS style. It's close to the main street and beach, but still quiet. The rooms are standard sized and not large. My window looked only into a lightwell, so I took off a star for that. Breakfast was simple and okay, but for the room price I didn't think it was a good deal, so that cost another star.

The hotel looks nice and is clean, but the check-in felt very intimidating. Having my car's condition checked for parking ruined my relationship with the hotel, and the front desk staff seemed not to care at all. It was an unpleasant experience, and I probably won't return.

The Fusca decor is amazing, and we had a great room with friendly staff. Finding the hotel and parking was easy. It's one block from the beach and near lots of restaurants. The only drawback was that there was no room service.
