The price was way out of line for what we got. The room didn't feel like a four-star stay, and although the website showed a good rate, once we arrived they changed everything and added extras.
10/10
Sandro, Jefferson, and the dining crew made breakfast especially enjoyable with their friendly hellos and goodbyes, and they even tried to convert with us despite the language gap. We loved the all-you-can-eat buffet and getting to try food from this amazing country that we don't find in Australian buffets. The hotel is close to everything. My one drawback was that a concrete wall blocked the view from our room.
10/10
The rooms were pleasant and, above all, clean. The location is central, making it easy to get around, and nearly everyone on staff gave prompt, friendly service and went out of their way to help. I'd recommend it to anyone who puts good service first.
6/10
Sandro in the cafeteria is what lifted my day, and he's the reason I gave this place three stars. The hotel itself feels dated and crowded, and the rooms weren't comfortable. The elevators are packed all the time, so expect to spend at least 15 getting to the lobby each day.
6/10
The location is great and the hotel is fine, but the elevators are a real headache. During busy hours they're extremely crowded, and getting one is a mess.
