We felt welcome as a family thanks to the owner and staff, who were kind and thoughtful. Our room was clean and larger than the one we’d requested. Breakfast was included and good, though the cafeteria felt warm with the AC off. There’s no restaurant at the hotel, but we ordered homemade food from a nearby place and it was delicious.

The room had a lot of mold, and the bedding smelled strongly and unpleasantly, so it really wasn’t suitable to use. I paid R$ 225,00 for a couple’s night, and the quality didn’t come close to justifying that price. A terrible experience. I wouldn’t recommend it or come back.

Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of fresh choices, and the team were courteous and attentive. Hotel Arara Azul was a great experience: the rooms were clean and orderly, the atmosphere cozy, and the location easy to reach and peaceful. I found it comfortable and good value, and I’d definitely return and recommend it.

The room had leaks, and there’s no covered way to reach the rooms when it rains.
