The location was reasonably close to the beach, and the attendant was kind and tried to help. But there wasn't much else nearby, so we had to drive whenever we wanted to do anything besides swim. The room cost a lot for four people and was tiny. If all four of us lay stretched out on the floor, there'd be no room left. When we arrived, it was still being worked on, and they improvised our stay. The bathroom floor was soaked and nobody dried it, the shower had no hot water, and both the bathroom light and bedroom lamp were broken. I felt like I was wallowing in a swamp. The air conditioning also couldn't keep a room meant for four at a comfortable temperature. Breakfast was extremely basic for what we paid, barely enough to eat. You'd need to bring protein powder on vacation if you didn't want to lose muscle. On our last morning, something seemed spoiled, possibly the cheese. Everyone in the car started feeling sick a few hours later, and I threw up about five times on the trip. The place felt like a jail you had to pay to stay in.

I left a night before checkout because I couldn't stand staying there. The room smelled moldy and felt very damp. The inn is old and poorly maintained, and there wasn't enough cleaning in the shared areas either. I didn't dare use the pool because the water was cloudy. Breakfast had very few choices: one kind of cake, bread, eggs, sausages, cheese bread, and sliced bread. I also saw a skunk they'd apparently caught somewhere and left alive in a trash bin where guests walk by. They didn't seem concerned that anyone might see it. I have a photo to prove it. I don't recommend this place. It needs a lot more cleaning and maintenance, and I'm never coming back. I even checked out a night early, which says enough about how bad it was.

I booked after looking at the website, but the breakfast photos were completely misleading. What they served was more like a bar breakfast, and it wasn't worth the R$1,000.00 per night I paid. I had to ask them to clean the room because they wouldn't do it otherwise. For that price, the room should be cleaned and the towels changed every day, and neither happened. There's a lot of room for improvement in the service. For R$1,000.00 a night, I could have stayed at a hotel with full board and plenty of tasty food. I stayed five days only because this inn is right on the beach, but I paid a lot for that. Cute-looking, but no good. Never again.

We'd been worried after reading the Google reviews, but had a really good stay. The place is simple, clean, and very cozy, and we have no complaints. The staff welcomed us warmly and even let us in a little before check-in since we arrived earlier than expected. Breakfast was good too. We'd definitely come back!

The view is lovely, breakfast is good, and the place itself has a lot going for it. We were treated well, too. Still, the cleanliness and upkeep let the inn down. The furniture is old and dusty, and it all looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. There were even termites on the bed. They don't sell even bottled water, so we had to buy everything at nearby shops. It's a shame, because we expected more.
