The room and shower were excellent, and the air conditioning worked really well. Breakfast was good, though I missed having a French roll. One thing to know: the shampoo, conditioner, and intimate soap in the shower aren’t free. Only the regular soap is complimentary.

It isn’t exactly cheap, but I felt it was worth every cent. The bed, air conditioning, TV, and shower were all excellent, and the suite was spacious. I stayed overnight in a suite without a whirlpool. Go for it without worrying.
They took my card number at check-in, even though I’d already paid for the room when I arrived. I questioned it, and they said it was on Booking. I’d worked all day and was exhausted, so I went to the room and complained to Booking customer service. They apologized and said asking for a card number wasn’t part of their policy, and that they’d contact Drops. I thought the motel’s handling of this was outrageous.
The suites are lovely and the service is great. Booking through their new app, Drops Motel, was easy. Thanks for making it so convenient :)
