The place was filthy and in terrible shape. We arrived to dust and dirt everywhere, and it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in over a year. Taty had spoken very highly of it and said it had been cleaned the day before, which didn't match what we found at all. It felt like misleading advertising. There was nowhere else for us to stay, so we had to clean the place ourselves. We went to the market and bought everything we needed to do it. Think carefully before booking. This was the worst, dirtiest, most neglected place I've ever stayed.

We were traveling with Fernanda's group, and the floor cloth she lent us was black. It was disgusting. There were bugs all over the room, bathroom, and kitchen, and spiders kept showing up. The location was bad too. Absolutely awful, I wouldn't recommend staying there.

We were already on the road and it was late when I called to book a room for our trip to termas dos Laranjais. The person who answered treated me very well. Breakfast was great, and my kids loved it too. I recommend the place.
