Alpha Stay

If you need anything, good luck. Reception has no authority to help guests, so you have to contact a central service through WhatsApp and sort it out there. I chose this hotel in Alphaville, where the price per square meter is the highest in SP, and was really disappointed. Hotels in small towns in the interior of SP have treated me like a guest, not like some piece of merchandise. I hated the experience. I won’t come back, and I won’t stay at any hotel in the chain.

A perfect room, with an amazing view, and the location makes getting around easy. The service was great too, with nice extras like espresso and a croissant brought right to the room. I’ll definitely be back!

I booked for a client who was coming from another country, but circumstances forced him to cancel his trip and meetings in Brazil. The full amount had been paid. Even after I showed proof of the flights and that he would no longer be coming, the people responsible wouldn’t refund it. So I was left paying for two nights with nobody staying there, and received no refund. I tried to negotiate, but the hotel team showed no real interest in helping. It was all about the money, with no flexibility or attempt to work something out, even though the client was the one left losing out.

I spent five nights at Alpha Stay through Charlie and was very happy with it. The room was clean and tidy when I arrived, and a problem with the air conditioner remote and the coffee maker outlet was sorted out quickly. I was on a high floor with an open view, and the shower was wonderful. The bed was really comfortable too. It would be helpful if breakfast were available at the hotel. I’d recommend La Ville nearby for its varied buffet, about five minutes away, though going there in the rain made things a bit inconvenient.
