The apartments look nice, have good equipment and decor, and are in a great location. But cleanliness really needs attention. During the COVID-19 pandemic, we were first sent to a room where the minibar was dirty, with some unpleasant liquid on a tray beneath the freezer. I’d rather think it was melted ice cream. When we told reception, they initially wanted to send someone to clean it instead of moving us, which didn’t seem like the safest response during a pandemic. A few minutes later, staff called back and said they understood our concern and would move us. In the new room, we wiped down the things we expected to touch and tried to make coffee. Both cups were wrapped in plastic, as if clean, but they were dirty. We washed them and used them, then later found the pan was dirty too, even though it was also wrapped. We didn’t check the other dishes. That was enough to ruin our trust in the cleanliness and our stay.

The staff were pleasant, and the hotel was clean and decent. It’s not a five star place, but it works if you want a reasonably priced hotel geared toward business.

The room was clean, the staff were really pleasant, and the price was good. Breakfast wasn’t amazing, but it was good enough. A good place to stay.
